MJ Creations — Order System
B2B order-management platform for a wholesale bakery: business customers order online, and the bakery team handles approvals, production sheets, pricing, stock and invoicing from one place. Built with Xero Platform integration.
Please note: The customer ordering screens are from the live site. The admin screenshots show a demo version running on fictional data (clients, orders and numbers are made up), because the real system and its data are private.
Challenge
Replace phone, email and spreadsheet ordering with a system the team controls: customer accounts, per-customer pricing, an approval queue and invoices that stay in sync with the accounting software.
What I did
- Customer ordering portal with catalogue, cart, order history and invoices
- Owner and staff dashboard: overview, approvals, calendar, forecast, production and packing sheets
- Per-customer pricing profiles and automatic invoice generation
- Stock, products and clients management, plus reports and CSV exports
- Xero integration, e-mail templates and notifications, daily backups
- Row-level security and role-based access (owner, staff, customer)
